Our Founder





1983 - Grand Opening


The founder, Violet Ang, a passionate hair stylist director trained in London under the famous Vidal Sassoon, opened the beauty salon in 1983. With more than 30 years of experience under her belt and with a taste for beauty and fashion, Violet embraced her vocation- to make people beautiful – with love and dedication.


2000 to 2012 - Kovan


The first location of the Bohemia Salon was in Orchard Road, and then it moved to Kovan in 2000.


2012 to Now - Serangoon Central


We are in Serangoon Central, our current location, since 2012. Since our early days, the salon has expanded to provide more comprehensive beauty services including nail grooming services.
